This item looks like a thicker cuff-style bracelet. Once worn for 24 hours, the bracelet grows closed, and cannot be removed from an unwilling wearer. The bracelet has what looks like a stylized trident welded to the top of the bracelet. Upon speaking the command words: "I am [the wearer's name]", the bracelet will shoot the trident out,  growing into a full-sized padded +5 grappling hook. The hook is attached by a magical thread, which seems to absorb light. This thread can extend up to 60 feet and can carry a load of 300lbs before breaking. Once broken, the thread can only be repaired by a level 12 Artificer. The repair will require spider silk, and crushed diamond worth no less than 1000 gold.

The wearer can mentally control the length of the thread, retracting or extending as the need exists. The user can will the grappling hook back to the original shape to aid in retracting the grapple.

This grapple may be used twice, before going dormant until the next sunrise.
