The Sharingan (meaning: Copy Wheel Eye,) is the dōjutsu kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan that appears selectively among its members after an event with extreme emotions.

As an ACTION, the user can activate the eyes to adjust to them. on activation you get 3 exhaustion levels 

Lasts 1 minute, (10 rounds) if any longer add one additional exhaustion level per round (6 seconds)

+2 to AC
Advantage on Perception checks
Automatically cast Detect Magic and it lasts as long as the Sharingan are active

The Sharingan can also detect tiny movements that the regular eye can perseive 

and can cast 3 spells 

Sleep, 1 charge per day

Detect Thoughts , 1 charge per day

Fear, 1 charge per day
