A powerful necromancer decided that his lover was everything to him and wanted to connect their souls together so if one died the other one would die at the same time. They would never be alone and spend forever together in the afterlife. He created a power potion using both a mix of their blood and powerful dark magics learned in the deepest parts of Avernus. He only ever made four vials of these potions and it's rumored the other three have still yet to be found hidden on the material plane for other necromancers to find one day.

This potion creates a bond between two people who share it. If one of the drinkers dies the other one dies instantly.

The potion itself is a thick red liquid with only a few small drops in the vial itself. Engraved into the vial is a picture of two lovers intertwined and in common the words forever and always.
