As an Action, you can use one charge to activate this Morpher. When activated, the wearer is outfitted with a full set of magical armor. This armor gives the wearer 40 points of temporary HP. When this HP is used up, the armor breaks and the wearer is returned to normal. upon activation, roll (2d6). The result becomes a modifier that is added to your AC, movement speed, and damage rolls with un-armed or melee weapon attacks. While transformed, as an action, the wearer can give a battle cry to cast the Fireball spell centered 15 ft behind the caster. The wearer can extend this battle cry into a rallying speech in order to cast Fireball at higher levels at a rate of 5 seconds per level.
