This knotted wand of aged cedar has become unstable in its old age. While holding the wand, you can take an action to expend a number of charges from it to transfer the vitality of one creature to another. Choose 2 creatures within 60 feet of you that you are able to see and declare which will take damage and which will be healed. Roll a d20.
- On a roll of 19 or 20, the creature you intend to harm takes 2d6 necrotic damage per charge expended and the creature you intend to heal regains hit points in an amount equal to the damage done to the first creature.
- On a 6-18, the creature you intend to harm takes 1d6 necrotic damage per charge expended and the creature you intend to heal regains hit points in an amount equal to the damage done to the first creature.
- On a 1-5, your intended targets swap--the creature you intend to heal instead takes 2d6 necrotic damage per charge expended and the creature you intend to harm instead regains hit points in an amount equal to the damage done to the first creature.
This wand has 4 charges, and it regains all expended charges daily at dawn.
