This ring has 2 charges and regains 1 charge per short/long rest provided a player rolls a 1, 2 or 3 on a d6 however, it does not recharge if they roll a 4, 5 or 6.
The ring allows druids to transform to creatures 4x the CR of what they can normally transform into however they must be within the limitations of the level.
