Xarthoro's Map of the Marauder

While using Xarthoro's Map of the Marauder, the map shows all living creatures within a radius of 30 feet as a small red dot, all rooms and ways/roads within a radius of 30 feet, except hidden rooms, ways/roads and invisible living creatures.

This maps is animated. All living creatures shown on the map are moving the same way, and speed as in real life. North is always on top.

Additionally, you have advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on sight.

Notes: Advantage: Perception, The user must concentrate on the map for 10 minutes
