Potion, uncommon

A potion of bubbly, bright green fluid. Upon consumption make a Constitution Save of 16, on a fail take 2d6 Poison damage.  The following effects last for 1 hour.

  • Gain 15 Temporary Health
  • Heal 1d10+4 Hit Points
  • Gain 10 feet of Movement Speed
  • Gain disadvantage on Concentration Checks

After an hour, you crash hard, and the above effects wear off, but you maintain your disadvantage on Concentration checks, and also gain disadvantage on Dexterity checks as you become lethargic.  After 30 more minutes, the disadvantage effects wear off.
