An Amber colored liquid floats within this potion.  If throwing this potion, make a ranged weapon attack.  The creature affected by this potion gains an increase of walking speed of 15 feet for the duration of 1 minute, and gains advantage on Dexterity saving throws.  After 1 minute, the effects wear off and the creature's movement speed is inversely reduced by 5 for 1 minute.
