This magic tattoo appears on your body as a flower with its petals being blown off by the wind. Cast out, alienated and dejected, you brought powerful magics to bear imprinting this tattoo on your body the night you were cast out from the Family Estate. You sense as you become more in tune with the wailing winds, it's power may grow.

Tattoo Attunement. This item is permanently attuned to Iain Windflower. If your attunement to the tattoo ends, the tattoo vanishes.

Outcasts Might. Dismissed from all you knew before, your sorrow and confusion has imbued you with arcane craft. You can cast Blindness/Deafness 1/per day. You can cast Gust. 

Shattered Skin. Hardened by rejection and misunderstanding, while this tattoo is on your skin, you gain +1 to AC and the Resilient (Constitution) Feat.

Wailing winds. As a bonus action, you can summon forth a mighty wind that surrounds your body, obscuring it. This wind grants a bonus to your AC equal to your Proficiency Bonus for 10 minutes, or until you chose to dismiss it on your turn (no action required). Once you summon the wind in this way, you may not do so again until the next dawn.
