This wand is made of a 1/4 inch thick piece of diamond willow that is flexible and 14 inches long. When the wand is moved about it flexes and makes the crack of a bull whip as it straightens. When the bearer is attuned to this wand they feel the need to make quick reactionary comments, often sarcastic. The bearer also has the ability to react in situation dire to those around them. If the bearer sees a Creature within 25ft being attacked , the bearer may use their reaction to cast a reaction spell (Shield, Absorb elements, Hellish Rebuke) they have prepared centered on the creature being attacked. The spell is cast as if by the attacked creature, all benefits of the spell are applied to the creature. Due to this reaction the spell caster is pulled 5ft directly towards the creature. If they are within 5 ft they are not pulled closer. This movement can provoke an attack of opportunity.

The first time per day that this spell is used in this way the spell does not consume a spell slot (only spells prepared by the bearer may be cast). After this it consumes the appropriate spell slot.
