Weapon (longbow), rare (requires attunement)

When you nock an arrow on this bow, it whispers in Elvish, "The hunter hunts." When you use this weapon to make a ranged attack, you can, as a command phrase, say, "I have found my quarry." The target of your attack becomes your sworn target until it dies or until dawn seven days later. You can have only one such sworn target at a time. When your sworn target dies, you can choose a new one after the next dawn.

When you attack your sworn target, if the attack hits, your sworn enemy takes an extra 2d6 piercing damage.

While your sworn enemy lives, you have disadvantage on attack rolls against all other creatures.

Proficiency with a Longbow allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Slow. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to it, you can reduce its Speed by 10 feet until the start of your next turn. If the creature is hit more than once by weapons that have this property, the Speed reduction doesn’t exceed 10 feet.
