The staff of swarming penguins summons 2 penguins at level one, 4 penguins in level three, 5 in level five , 7 in level 10, and 10 in level 12. The penguins can catch you fish, find people, get campfire wood, set up campfires, keep you warm and attack. The penguins appear about one minute after the spell, you can only use this staff four times per day after you have to put it in water for at least a hour then you can use it after it dries.
