Wondrous Item, unknown rarity

You can use an action to play the Viola, which plays music. Each creature in the cone must make a DC 15 intelligence saving throw with advantage if they are a bard. On a failed save, a creature is charmed until the activator's turn passes without them playing it. On a successful save, a creature takes 1d10 bludgeoning damage, isn't charmed, and is deafened

Each use of the viola's magic has a 10 percent chance of causing a string to break. each turn played, roll a d10, on a 0-1 a string breaks, on 3-9, it is unaffected. a broken string causes the saving throw to be -2 more per string broken.

Notes: Damage: Natural Attacks, Charmed, Deafened, Damage, Debuff, Combat
