This has 3 charges per day that recharge at dawn.
Taking a picture with this camera causes whatever creature is captured to have a 75% chance to die instantly (1-75 on a d100) if CR5 or less.
It creates game cards of the creatures it takes pictures of and creatures with languages can speak while in the cards.
These cards are only destroyed via hellfire or the radiance of the upper planes.
You can expend all charges to attempt to capture something of a CR higher than 5 but per every CR number above 5 the chance goes down 10% to a minimum of 5% (1-5 on a d100).
The DM may rule a creature is too powerful to be captured if its CR is higher than party level or higher than 10.
