This small circular coin is simple in design and appears as different shades of blue depending on the angle of the light.  The symbol of Lathander, god of birth and renewal, a road traveling into the sunrise, is on one side and the symbol for the goddess of magic, Mystra, on the other.  

Placing the token on the forehead of a creature that has died within the last minute, with the Mystra symbol down, and saying their name aloud, returns that creature to life with 1 hit point.  Like the spell, the token can't return to life a creature that has died of old age, nor can it restore any missing body parts.

The token is consumed in the process.
