The Yaka Arrow is an ancient arrow made of a material visually similar to gold. There is a strange hum, similar to a whistle, when you lift this item. 
There is only one of it's kind.

The user must fire it with a weapon that uses arrows and must whistle at the appropriate frequency. When the user does so, the user can whistle to guide the arrow straight to its victim. The arrow will follow its target.
The Yaka Arrow has 10 charges. Each charge is good for 1 target. Multiple charges can be used in one turn, on one fire. Each targe must make a dexterity saving through or take 3d8 piercing damage, on a successful save, it takes half damage.

The Yaka arrow will always return to it's user when the turn is over or when called for. It has a range of 60ft.
You regain all ten charges on a long rest.
