Description, while wearing this cloak you gain the following benefits:

• You ignore difficult terrain created by ice or snow. You can tolerate temperatures as low as −50 degrees Fahrenheit without any additional protection. If you wear heavy clothes, you can tolerate temperatures as low as −100 degrees Fahrenheit.
• Whenever you take damage from a melee attack, you may use your reaction to unleash a localized burst of frozen air and ice. Each creature within 10 feet of you must make a DC 15 CON save taking 3d10 cold damage on a failed save or half damage on a success. In addition you may also choose to teleport to an unoccupied space within 30ft of you when using this ability. Once this ability is used it cannot be used again until the next dawn.
