Two retractable blades that attach to a bracer.
As both a Monk Weapon and a Martial Weapon and similar to a shortsword anyone who is proficient in any of those can add their proficiency bonus to both the attack roll and the damage roll. Three types of attacks can be used, Slash and Stab.
- Slash. Hit: Add your unarmed strike damage to 5d6+4 as slashing damage and 8d4+19 necrotic damage. +2 to hit and damage is now magical. You can do two slashes in an action.
- Stab. Hit: Add your unarmed strike damage to 12d4+3 as piercing damage and 12d4+25 necrotic damage. +2 to hit and damage is now magical.
- The Rot of Worms. Hit: Add your unarmed strike damage to 7d6+9 necrotic damage as worms come out of the blades and start burrowing into the target's skin, taking 2d6+4 necrotic damage for the next 1d10+4 rounds. After worms are done eating they come out of the skin are turn into 1d4 swarms of rot grubs that follow the command of the creature attuned to the bracers. Can only be used 1d4 times every short rest, and 1d6+1 every long rest.
Proficiency with a Shortsword allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Vex. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to the creature, you have Advantage on your next attack roll against that creature before the end of your next turn.
