That doesn’t make sense you have 8 fingers and you can even wear ring on your thumbs. It's a RPG not a MMO with limited gamplay mechanics.

You should be able to where anything that's reasonable acceptable.

10 rings? OK fine, but I need to but I need to look at the design of all those rings. Oh the design is extremely thick on most of them? You fumble your weapon on a DC of x number or lower because your grip becomes unstable due to the thickness of all those rings forcing you fingers apart and messing up your grip.

You can wear a couple pairs of goggles but you can't look through them all at the same time. Item interaction to switch between the goggles.

Dude, you can’t wear two pairs of shoes let alone boots. Put them in you're backpack, sell them later give them to a party member or use them for the special circumstance of getting a short rest when you know those boots will help you. I don't care what you do with them you just can't wear two pairs.

Double cloak? OK but you feel real hot with those cloaks on. (Cloaks were not so.e sort of stelth devise they were common items that people wore in middle ages to stay worm, basicly bed sheets made wearable, old school jacket) still gonna Wear them? If I could change one thing about this item I would make it "Cloak or Ring of Protection" to explicitely make them not stack with each other.

+1 saves/ac for an item that requires attunement is fine, but allowing a character to effectively use two such items at a time invites a certain kind of greed.
