Senbonzakura ("a thousand cherry blossoms" in Gith) is a simple, slightly curved staff of cherry wood that molds itself into a weapon in response to your will and intention. 

You can use your bonus action to shape the item into a +1 simple or martial weapon in response to your will. Ranged weapons need ammunition.

Attunement attributes

If attuned to this item, you gain the following attributes:

- You deal additional psychic damage equal to your Intelligence modifier on a successful hit. You can also use your Intelligence score for to-hit and damage rolls. 

- If you form Senbonzakura into a ranged weapon, it automatically creates ammunition.

- When you use this weapon to make a ranged attack, you can attempt to teleport with the attack. On a successful hit, make a DC14 Intelligence check; on a success you vanish and reappear in an unoccupied space within 5ft of the target. You can use this feature a number of times up to your Intelligence modifier. Expended uses recharge after a long rest.
