This tiara allows the user to use the true polymorph spell once per day at dawn. The effects of the spell last until the next dawn with out becoming permanent. While the item is attuned it will automatically reuse the last form that was cast every dawn until a new form is chosen. If the tiara is removed for longer than  round the polymorph effect ends and the user reverts to their true form. This tiara also casts tongues and comprehend languages each dawn that lasts 24 hours.
