While attuned to this weapon you gain the following benefits:

Magic of the Stars. Melee attacks with this weapon deal additional force damage equal to your Intelligence modifier.

Enchanted Light. You can use your bonus action to empower your next attack. In addition to its normal functionality, this attack fires a wave of enchanted light in a 5-foot by 20-foot line and each creature in the line takes 3d6 force damage. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Intelligence modifier, you regain all expended uses at the next dawn.

Nebula. Imbue the Naturalborn's stars with magic to perform a sweeping strike. As an action, you can form a dark cloud of stars, that lingers briefly before exploding. Each creature in a 20-foot cone must make a DC 17 Dexterity saving throw. A creature takes 6d6 force damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. If the save fails by 5 or more they take an additional 6d6 force damage. Once this action is used, it can’t be used again until the next dawn.

Proficiency with a Scimitar allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
