These coal black with a fiery red-orange trim arm wraps hold within them the natural power of the Elemental Plane of Fire and are the symbol of station for the Flamedancer of the Ferno Monastery. 

While attuned to this item you gain a +2 bonus to the attack and damage rolls of your unarmed strikes

Elemental Attunement. You have resistance to fire damage and whenever you use an Elemental Discipline that deals fire damage you ignore resistance to fire damage and treat immunity to fire damage as resistance instead

Form of Fire. You can use your action to cast polymorph on yourself. When you do so you can only turn into a Fire Elemental. You regain use of this ability at the next dawn
