This weapon takes the form of a Longsword with a unique twist, in the form of the revolving cylinder that takes the place of a guard. Some know this weapon to be called a Gunblade, but they know not how they came upon this knowledge. Only the memories locked within this weapon know of it's origins.
Loaded Chamber: The 6 chambers of this weapon are completely identical, meaning no one knows what they may do. Once per Attack, the wielder can select to pull the trigger on the handle of this weapon, causing a random shell to be fired from the tip of this weapon. The wielder rolls 1d6, and then consults the table to determine the result. This ability recharges every time the wielder rolls Initiative.
At +1 this weapon gains the ability:
Trigger Discipline: The wielder may choose to shoot the gun, instead of making a melee attack, this weapon has a Range of 5/20. The wielder can not make melee attacks after choosing to shoot the gun. On a hit, automatically activate the roll of Loaded Chamber.
At +2 this weapon gains the ability:
Roulette Spin: As a Bonus Action, the wielder can choose to spin the chamber of Sharpshooter, eliminating one of the options for a roll of Loaded Chamber. On a Critical Failure for an attack, the chamber removed by Roulette Spin fires wildly, striking any target at random.
At +3 this weapon gains the ability:
Split Shot: While using the Action Trigger Discipline, the wielder can choose to half the damage of the rolled chamber, but hit two targets within range. This ability also reduces the range of Trigger Discipline to 5/10.
Proficiency with a Longsword allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
