This highly polished concave reflective surface contains a large golden gem at its center. While holding this shield, you have a +2 bonus to AC. This bonus is in addition to the shield's normal bonus to AC.
Sunlight Blast. This shield has 3 charges, and it regains 1d3 expended charges daily at Dawn. While holding the shield, you can use an Action to expend 1 charge to have the gem emit a beam of brilliant light flashes out from your hand in a 5-foot-wide, 60-foot-long line. Each creature in the line must make a DC 15 Constitution Saving-Throw. On a Failed save, a creature takes 5d10 Radiant-damage and is Blinded until your next Turn. On a Successful save, it takes Half as much damage and isn't Blinded. Undead and Oozes have Disadvantage on this Saving-Throw.
After activating the gem, you can create a new line of radiance as your Action on your Turn for up to 1 minute, as long as you keep Concentration (as if concentrating on a spell).
Shields require the Utilize action to Don or Doff. You gain the Armor Class benefit of a Shield only if you have training with it.
Notes: Damage: Radiant, Bonus: Armor Class, Damage, Buff, Combat
