You gain a +2 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon.
You can use an action to cause the blade to deal non lethal damage. It costs 1 charge to change the blades damage to change from lethal to non lethal and back. While the blade is non lethal, it deals 7d6 + your sneak attack die damage and gains an additional +3 to attack and damage rolls, if it hits and does damage equal to the amount of hp the target currently has they instantly fall unconscious for 1 minute. While the blade is non lethal you have vulnerability to all damage.
Proficiency with a Dagger allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
