This blue fine spider silk turban is adorned with chained gold crescent moons and platinum stars. While you are wearing it, you gain the following benefits:

• You can use the hat as a spellcasting focus for your wizard spells.
• You can try to cast a cantrip that you don’t know. You must make a DC 10 Intelligence (Arcana) check. If the check succeeds, you cast the spell. If the check fails, so does the spell, and the action used to cast the spell is wasted. In either case, you can’t use this property again until you finish a long rest.

While wearing this hat, you can use an action to cast the disguise self spell from it at will. The spell ends if the hat is removed.

As an action you can remove the hat awakening it's slumbering conscientiousness. Nikha, the sentient Carpet of Flying has an Armor Class 18,  Hit Points 75,  Speed 60. It has an Intelligence 16, Wisdom 14, Charisma 8. The item can speak, read, and understand Leonin and Common. The item has hearing and normal vision out to 60 feet, and is lawful neutral in alignment. Nikha is very brave, able to stare down a hell hound without flinching, and often has a crude sense of humor. Nikha holds responsibility in highest regard and will do whatever it must to obey it's masters order. Nikha would also rather un-weave it's self rather than admit when it is wrong, being quite prideful.

The item has +12 to any navigation check required and is a silk carpet 8 feet by 12 feet and has a flying speed of 60 feet. It can carry up to 3,600 pounds, but its flying speed becomes 30 feet while carrying over 1,800 pounds.

While awake, Nikha may as an action, cast disguise self or any cantrip at will.
