A heart of the soul-sucking Wisp Queen.

As an action, one may use this gem as a whetstone and imbue their weapon with the Wisp's energy. Any attacks with this weapon deal an extra 1d6 lightning damage, and the weapon is considered magical when imbued with the whetstone.

Each time you use this gem you must roll a d20; On a roll of 10 or lower the gem cracks and gains 1 level of brokenness, if the roll is a natural 1 then the gem gains 2 levels of brokenness and once the heart gains 6 levels of brokenness it can no longer be used or repaired and is broken forever.

When the gem is fully repaired and has no levels of brokenness, the weapon imbued with it can make a ranged attack (reach of 30ft.) that deals 1d8 points of lightning damage. The way to repair this mystical rare item, is unknown to most.

You can use the heart's special ability only once per long rest.
