A Wyrdconverger is an Fritz Von Weerg made magicthrower. It carries a risk of malfunction each time you use it. It is housed in the arm of a warforged.
As an action, you can cause the Wyrdconverger to project an elemental damage type (fire, cold, lightning) in a 10-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw, taking 4d6 of an elemental damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
Each time you use the Wyrdconverger, roll a d100. If the total is 90 or higher, the Wyrdconverger overclocks itself: your attack gains an additional 4d6 of the elemental damage you were trying to inflict. If the total is 10 or lower, the Wyrdconverger malfunctions: along with the target, you also take 4d6 of the elemental damage you were trying to inflict, and you can’t use the Wyrdconverger again until you finish a long rest.
Notes: Damage: Fire, Damage: Cold, Damage: Lightning, warforged, Damage, Combat
