A magical wooden flute made from polished cocobolo wood. It gives the ability to levitate one object / creature when played. Every time a note is played from the flute, the musician playing it can cast levitate, casting this spell up to 3 times. To reset the spell count, you must take a short rest. The player also gets advantage on performance checks when playing with the flute, while also adding 1d6 to the performance roll. The user can also choose any creature that can hear the flute to be charmed, who would then have to make a charisma check above DC15 to resist. If a charmed creature takes damage or uses its action it can try and escape the effect. If the creature does not try and escape, the effect will go away 5 minutes after the flute has stopped playing, and must make a wisdom check over DC15 to see if they noticed the charm or not.
Notes: Bard who is proficient with a flute, and must spend 5 hours in total to master the usage of the item.
