A set of brilliantly artificed mechanical wings modeled after a falcon with various metals and implements grant the user the ability to fly. While attuned to these wings, you can use a bonus action to speak its Command word. This activates the set of wings for 1 hour or until you repeat its Command word as a bonus action. The wings give you a flying speed of 40 feet.
This set of wings can be charged with spell slots to increase its longevity and flying output. Using an action, you may spend a spell slot from 1st level and above to charge the wings and grant increased flying speed incrementally and the length of time at which you may fly. For every spell slot used above 1st level, the flying speed increases by 5 feet and is functional for an additional hour.
Falcon Ballad. You can spend your action to fly upwards at your maximum flying speed available to you. You then pick a single creature to swoop down and bombard with your mechanical wings. The creature must succeed a Constitution saving throw equal to 8 + your Strength modifier and Proficiency Bonus or be knocked prone and suffer 4d8 bludgeoning or piercing damage of your choice, or take half as much damage on a successful save.
Notes: Set: Innate Speed (Flying)
