This blade is hidden within a bracer. As part of your attack action, you can cause the blade to thrust out from the sheath to be used as a dagger. Although treated as a dagger, it cannot be thrown.
Whilst the blade is retracted, it is hard to see. An Investigation vs the wielder's stealth(vs. perception) or sleight of hand (vs. investigation) will unveil the daggers hidden location on the bracer.
Proficiency with a dagger allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
