Weapon (flail), artifact (requires attunement by a Requires Attunement- (1 Day) )

A flanged, one handed flail created from the bones of a long dead Demi-God. Has the ability to stiffen or loosen its chain based on the users needs. The chain is also enchanted to read the users thoughts, allowing the weapon to be longer range (10 ft max) or as a mace in closer quarters. 
Thimble-Winter in its long range configuration deals 2d8 + 2 Bludgeon. In its mace configuration it deals 1d10 +2 Bludgeon.

Once a day, the user can activate the special ability of the same name and conjure a hellish blizzard in a 20 ft circle around the user (with a 5 ft outward safe zone) Any creature or construct caught in the storm must make a Constitution saving throw (DC 16) or suffer 4d10 damage per turn, per failed save. The Blizzard lasts for 3 turns.

Proficiency with a Flail allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.


This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Sap. If you hit a creature with this weapon, that creature has Disadvantage on its next attack roll before the start of your next turn.
