[roll]1d12[/roll] piercing damage
This oakwood bow was crafted by a mischievous sorcerer. When you use this weapon, their mirth whispers in your mind. If you want to resist the temptation to laugh, roll a Constitution saving throw (DC: 12). If you fail your saving throw, or choose to succumb to the whispers, immediately you are blessed/cursed with an effect from the Wild Magic Surge Table.
Also, when you roll a 20 on your attack roll with this magic weapon, the target takes an extra 7 damage of the weapon’s type.
Proficiency with a Shortbow allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Vex. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to the creature, you have Advantage on your next attack roll against that creature before the end of your next turn.
