Ravenous Feast. This weapon gains a surge in damage when surrounded by two or more enemies, this increases the damage of the weapon by +6 If an enemy is not killed in the turn this is activated the player takes 2 damage in order to satiate the blade. You heal 2+(# of enemies around you). This effect ends when there is only 1 enemy within 5 feet of you.
Unquenching Thirst. The Wyrmfang Spine requires a lot of power to wield which drains your strength as long as it is with you. You make strength saving throws with a disadvantage and have your strength reduced by 2.
Bloodpact. When removing the item it requires a blood offering from its user, this can only be blood from the user and no other being. The player must then roll a 1d4 for damage. When removed you remove your strength disadvantage and the -2 strength.
