You must be proficient with Warhammers to use Willbreaker. It has 4 charges. You can use an action to raise the hammer above your head, and expend 1 charge to create a deafening, harrowing aura of the wars of its previous owner. Up to two targets within 30 feet of you that can see you or hear you must succeed on a DC 14 Wisdom saving throw or become frightened of you for 1d10+ users CHA modifier rounds. If you wish, all creatures in the area that aren't hostile toward you automatically succeed on the saving throw. A creature that fails the saving throw can repeat it at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success. A creature that succeeds on its saving throw is immune to the effect of the hammer for 24 hours. The hammer regains 1d3 expended charges daily at dawn.
Proficiency with a Warhammer allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
