An Elvish Longsword with a Rose pattern etched into the blade. Covered in a violent wind, it swings with what feels like no weight at all.

When you attack with this Sword, have your target make a dc20 Dex or Str saving throw. On a fail you push your target 5ft in the direction of where you hit them. If you have 10 or more levels in the cleric class and have a positive relationship with Perun, the push of the attack increases to 10 feet. Lesser fiend or undead below half your total level are knocked prone.

Conduit. WindRose is a conduit and servant to Tempest,  It has hearing and darkvision out to a range of 60 feet. WindRose is a sentient neutral evil weapon with an Intelligence of 10, a Wisdom of 8, and a Charisma of 18. It can read and understand Elvish. It can also speak Elvish, but only through the voice of its wielder, with whom the sword can communicate telepathically.

Malice. If you have a positive relationship with Perun, WindRose will try its best to warn you and keep you out of danger (-5 to all rolls it makes). WindRose will subtly try to kill you If you have a negative relationship with Perun or you are of Good Alignment. (Example: It tells you a monster is on your left when it is on your right).
