This item is a small blue pouch with text at the top in fancy reading "Nutronina - for when you want to show the world your true face" 

Within the pouch there are damp tissues up to the number of the DM's choosing.

to use the item you must wipe the tissue on the face of a creature. Any and all illusions, magical disguises, and makeup applied to the creature are dispelled/removed. 

 The creature must make a DC 17 wisdom saving throw. on a fail, the creature will be affected by the spell zone of truth for 5 minuets.
