This writ says that whoever wields this parchment is considered to be personally appointed by Duchess Tira Von Talbrook herself to be her sheriff, advocate and arbitrator of law in all matters pertaining to the business of law and order within the Duchy of Talbrook. This writ contains different appendixes and guidelines as to regard to the proper procedures for investigation of crimes, pursuit and arrest of criminals and outlaws, and special judiciary considerations in fiefs, towns, cities and bannates. This writ in particular, gives the wielder special privilege and all who he or she may deputize on the spot execution in pursuit of criminals, monsters, beasts or goblins beyond the purview of normal courts.
