These are spider silk wrist wraps that somehow repel blood and dirt and remain white and clean at all times. 

Every time the wearer lands a successful unarmed strike, add one charge to this item. Up to 12 charges may be stored. 

As a bonus action, the wearer may expend nine charges to gain an additional Ki point. 

If the last charge is expended, roll a d20. On a 1, the wrist wraps become normal, nonmagical wrist wraps and no longer repel blood and dirt. 

Notes: Bonus: Strength Attacks, Monk. These wraps must be prayed over for 9 hours before use.
