The sound of this whistle is unique in that it gets louder the greater the distance between the listener and the player, and weaker the closer the user is.

As an action, you can blow this whistle, which makes an audible sound 35 ft. away from you, out to 120 ft. All creatures in a 30 ft. cone (even if they cannot hear the whistle) must make a Constitution saving throw (DC 15), taking 5d8 necrotic damage on a failure as they feel some of their bones break. On a success, the targets take half as much damage.

Creatures within 35 to 120 ft. of range hear a terrifying tune. All creatures in range must make a Wisdom saving throw (DC 13) or become Frightened for 1 minute. A creature can repeat its saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success. If the condition ends for that creature, or it successfully saves agains tthe effect, it is immune to this effect for the next 24 hours.

Each time you use this whistle, there is a 20% chance that you take 10d8 necrotic damage, and feel how some of your bones break.
