Staff (quarterstaff), rare (requires attunement by a Attunement over a short rest.)

This 6 foot long ash wood staff is smooth and unadorned except for two dull iron bands 6 inches from each end. While activated, the staff hums with ambient thunder energy and blue runes appear and vibrate on the iron bands.

You can use a bonus action to speak this magic staff's command word (Aaqa), causing the staff to hum and vibrate slightly. While the staff is active, it deals an extra 2d6 thunder damage to any target it hits. Constructs and objects made of metal, crystal, or stone take an additional 1d6 thunder damage. The sonic vibrations last until you use a bonus action to speak the command word again or until you drop or stow the staff.

The staff is currently enchanted with an illusion that causes it to visually appear as a fishing rod while the staff is active.

Proficiency with a Quarterstaff allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Topple. If you hit a creature with this weapon, you can force the creature to make a Constitution saving throw (DC 8 plus the ability modifier used to make the attack roll and your Proficiency Bonus). On a failed save, the creature has the Prone condition.

Notes: Damage: Thunder, Attunement over a short rest., Versatile, Topple
