You have a +2 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon. This weapon does an additional 2d6 cold damage.
The axe has the throw property and has a range of 30 feet and a long range of 120 feet.
As a bonus action, you may recall the weapon to your hand. When the axe is recalled it will take the most direct route to its wielder. If an object or creature is in the way the axe will momentarily turn into harmless cold energy in order to pass through. Every creature in the path of the axe must make a Dexterity Saving throw (DC 15) on a failed save the creature takes an additional 3d6 slashing damage and 3d6 lightning damage or half as much damage on a successful one.
While raging, as a bonus action, you may expend one charge and can choose one other creature you can see within 10 feet from you. A shard of ice is hurled from the attack at this target. The target must make a Dexterity Saving throw (DC 8 + your proficiency bonus + your constitution modifier). The target takes 3d8 cold damage and 3d8 piercing damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
Proficiency with a Greataxe allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Cleave. If you hit a creature with a melee attack roll using this weapon, you can make a melee attack roll with the weapon against a second creature within 5 feet of the first that is also within your reach. On a hit, the second creature takes the weapon’s damage, but don’t add your ability modifier to that damage unless that modifier is negative. You can make this extra attack only once per turn.
