Spell DC CON save, or the target becomes Hexed for 1 hour, taking an extra 1d6 damage on hit, and having disadvantage on skill checks involving one ability score (you pick which ability when you craft the potion). The bonus damage is only triggered by the person whose blood is used to activate the poison. (injury; can be applied to weapons, bolts, and arrows)
