A perfect sphere made of glass like material, each one has the appearance of a humanoid eye with white sclera and red iris's. similar to snow flakes, each time eye has a unique appearance while being basically the same.  

While sturdy enough to be stored safely in a pouch or backpack, they can be broken using an action to crush them, or by making an attack against it. Such an attack is against an AC of 15 and has disadvantage if the attacker is more than 10ft away from the eye, due it's small size.

Breaking one in your hand allows you to cast the spell Time Warp, except it is not concentration, any DC is 15, and the effects are permanent. If a second time eye is used to alter all or part of the same area, the affected area will take on the new effect as normal, ignoring any previous changes. 

Breaking one using any other method will cast the same spell, but centered where the eye was broken.
