Weapon (dagger), rare (requires attunement by a by a rogue)

The blade has quiet whispers surrounding it, only audible when drawn by its user or when very close. Once you are attuned to the Willow of Whispers, it has the following features:

You have a +2 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon.

Blink. On your turn when you throw the dagger, you may use a bonus action to teleport to an unoccupied space within 5 ft. of the dagger's location so long as it is within 60 ft. of you. You materialize with your hand holding the Willow of Whisper's hilt. You can use this feature up to your proficiency bonus, it regains its charges next dawn.

Return. Immediately after a ranged attack with this weapon, you choose whether or not the Willow of Whispers returns to your hand. When willed to return, it vanishes from its current location and materializes in your hand. 

Sorrowful Shriek. When thrown, a chorus of whispers follows this dagger, upon contact the creature takes 2d6 Psychic damage, and if the wielder uses its reaction to amplify it, the creature must succeed a DC 16 Wis save or its next attack against the owner is made at disadvantage.

Proficiency with a Dagger allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.


This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Nick. When you make the extra attack of the Light property, you can make it as part of the Attack action instead of as a Bonus Action. You can make this extra attack only once per turn.

Notes: Bonus: Magic, Damage: Psychic, Has charges equal to proficiency bonus. Allows the user to bamf to the location of the dagger, so long as its within 60 ft of the user., by a rogue, Damage, Combat, Finesse, Light, Thrown, Nick
