The Wind Chime of Warning can be used to cast the spells Magic Mouth (produces the sound of wind chimes only) and/or Alarm, affecting the area ten feet around where the Chime is hung.  The Alarm spell automatically resets every five minutes.  The triggering event for the Magic Mouth spell is activation of the Alarm spell.
