Wondrous Item, legendary (requires attunement by a Monk, Fighter, or Barbarian)
These eternally bloodstained cloth wraps are imbued with the will of Ilmater, the Olympian. While attuned to the wraps your Strength and Dexterity are both increased by 1 regardless of your ability scores being at 20 or otherwise (meaning these wraps can take you beyond normal strength and dexterousness).
Champion's Advantage.
- If you are a fighter, while attuned to these wraps, your Action Surge ability also provides you with the benefits of the Dash and Disengage actions and should you choose to use your extra action to attack you then gain an additional attack of which is automatically a critical hit.
- If you are a monk, while attuned to these wraps, your Step of the Wind ability causes you to teleport a ways away up to your movement speed rather than allow you to physically move further along. In addition, you gain Ilmater's Ki. Once per day you may choose to spend this additional Ki point to tap into Ilmater's power. After spending Ilmater's Ki, you can use any of your abilities that cost Ki for free for 1 round and all of your successful unarmed attacks become critical hits.
- If you are a barbarian, while attuned to these wraps, your Rage is unwavering and persists without having to take or deal damage during its duration. In addition, the damage bonus received from raging increases by 1. You may choose to forgo the damage reduction benefits of your rage in order to imbue your attacks with extra might; once per short rest as a bonus action you can awaken Ilmater's Might and cause your weapon attacks to become critical hits during your turn, however you lose the damage reduction benefits of your rage until the end of your next turn.
