Ether's Binding:

After attuning to this arrow, when you make an attack with a Longbow or Shortbow, you can choose to use Zephra instead of other ammunition. If you do, and the attack hits, then the attack deals an extra 2d4 force damage and all damage from the attack is considered magical. As a bonus action on that turn or a later one, you can return Zephra to your quiver. If Zephra hits a something with a critical hit, you can choose to return it back to your quiver after damage is done. You also know where Zephra is at all times, as long as it is on the same plane as you.
